Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process it, followed by 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
